This project digitized the manual workflow of collecting construction material and labor prices in Nigeria. I designed two connected tools: ConTech Marketplace, where vendors list materials and services for customers to browse and compare across locations, and RateGen Plugin, which allows Quantity Surveyors to upload Bills of Quantity and instantly generate transparent, defendable rate build-ups using live market data. The solution reduces errors, saves time, and improves pricing transparency while reflecting real user behavior.
