This project involved an end-to-end user flow and UX analysis of the Chowdeck meal-ordering app, mapping the complete journey from app launch to order delivery and feedback. I documented key user actions, decision points, and alternative paths, then evaluated the experience to identify strengths, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. The analysis highlighted areas such as clear onboarding and payment flows, real-time order tracking, and customization options, while uncovering gaps in meal recommendations, closed-restaurant handling, and error recovery—leading to UX improvement suggestions focused on reducing friction, improving discovery, and enhancing overall user satisfaction.
